Straight answers. No hidden trial mechanics.
The important things to know before your household starts using UP FAMILY.
About the product, household and pricing.
01What is UP FAMILY?+
UP FAMILY is a shared family organiser that brings calendar events, Routines / Day Flow, household tasks, lists and shopping into one place.
02Who is it for?+
It is designed for households that need to coordinate school, clubs, appointments, recurring jobs, lists and the practical preparation around busy days.
03Is there a free version?+
Yes. UP FAMILY Free is intended to be genuinely useful rather than a short demo. The exact Free / Full feature boundary will be finalised before public launch.
04How much is Full?+
The current launch direction is £39.99 per year for the household, or £4.99 per month. A Founding Family offer is planned at £29.99 per year while continuously subscribed, subject to final launch terms.
05How does the Full trial work?+
The Full trial lasts 30 days. It starts only when you manually activate it, requires no card and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
06What happens when the trial ends?+
If you do not subscribe, the household returns to Free. The current product direction is that household information is not deleted simply because the Full trial ends.
07Does one subscription cover the household?+
That is the current commercial model: Full is a household subscription rather than per-person pricing.
08Do adults share one login?+
No. Adults can have separate accounts and join the same household. Children can be represented through child profiles.
09What is a Routine?+
A Routine is a reusable sequence for the preparation, handovers and transitions around a busy day. The calendar holds the fixed events; a Routine holds the flow around them.
10Does UP FAMILY use AI to organise my family?+
UP FAMILY is deliberately not built around AI-generated family management. The current product does not ingest your inbox, generate routines or interrupt normal actions with AI suggestions.
11Does it connect to Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar?+
Not currently. External calendar connections are being considered for the future, but they should not be presented as a current feature.
12Is there a meal planner?+
Not currently. Meal planning and an UP FAMILY Cookbook are future ideas rather than released features.
13Are native iPhone and Android apps available?+
The current product is a web / PWA product. Native iOS and Android distribution is planned only after household testing shows the product is stable enough.
The easiest way to understand it is to use it.
